Here is the complete list of quests avaialble and its and pontential solutions at DNT 0.12 version. As you can see we are Fallout (and Fallout 2) fans. So you have multiple ways to finish a mission (each bellow [*] or [**] is a way to finish the mission). ******************** * Area: Tyrol * ******************** ========================== = 1 - Chrono is missing! = ========================== Logan ask you to find the missing chrono cartridge. If you have an intelligence > 12, you can ask Logan where it probally is. To finish this quest you can: [*] Not Find the cartridge; [**] Try a bluff check saying Chrono is lost in time (200XP); [*] Find the cartdrige (at the shelves of Bunker School) and: [**] Barter it with Logan (180XP plus the items you barter); [**] Talk to Logan and give it for free (200XP); [**] Talk to Logan and give it for money (150XP and $30). =============================================== = 2 - Clean Bunker School "Subterranean Area" = =============================================== After finishing "Chrono Mission", Logan will ask you to exterminate all living things at Bunker School subterranean area. To finish this quest you can: [*] Not exterminate anything: [**] With a good Knowledge(General) level, and not killing a living thing at Bunker School, a dialog option telling Logan to contact the "Vermin Extermination Services of S.C.O.U.R.G.E" appears. Select it, and the area will be cleaned by the "Heroes of Lesser Renown" (300XP) [*] Exterminate everything: [**] Kill, one by one, all living creatures at Bunker School, and tell Logan what you had done (150XP from Logan and all the XP for killing each creature); [**] With a good Operate Eletronic Objects level, you can use the computer at Bunker School main level and program it to turn off, temporally, the Subterrain Air System. After that, tell Logan what you had done (200XP for turning off and 150XP after telling Logan). =============================== = 3 - The Cursed Ruindows Box = =============================== Santa Claws will ask you to install a Ruindows box at the occupation's Notebook. To finish this quest you can: [*] Refuse to install: [**] If you are a Free-Software adept, you can refuse to do the mission (50XP for coherence with your ideals); [*] Install a Linux Distribution at the Santa Claws Notebook: [**] If you are a Free-Software adept and have a good Operate Eletronic Objects level, you can install Gentoo on Santa Claws notebook. After that tell Santa what you had done (50XP for installing Gentoo and 200XP for telling Santa); [**] If you are a Free-Software adept, you can install a Ubuntu on Santa Claws Notebook. After that, tell Santa what you had done (25XP for installing Ubuntu and 200XP for telling Santa). [*] Install the Ruindows at the Occupation's Notebook: [**] If you are a non-Free-Software adept, you can only finish this mission installing the Ruindows at the Occupation's Notebook. After that, tell Santa what you had done (15XP for installing Ruindows, and 200XP for telling Santa); [**] If you install a pirate Ruindows version, you'll receive (25XP for installing it and 200XP after telling Santa) ============================= = 4 - Fight for Cruzeirense = ============================= To get this mission, you need to complete the first two Logan's missions. After that he'll ask you to give something to the Atleticano (the character with black clothes at house2). Atleticano will ask you (if you not intimidate him) to talk to the Cruzeirense (the one with blue clothes), but he'll refuse to talk to you unless you have a soda can at your inventory. Give him the soda and he'll ask you to fight some roosters. To finish this quest you can: [*] Kill all chickens, otherwise cruzeirense won't be freed again (to be explained at a latter version). ===================================================== = 5 - Get some psychodelic ration for F.S.C. Hippie = ===================================================== This mission will be avaiable if you are a Free Software Adept or if you are a Proprietary Software Adept and successfull bluff to the Hippie or if you've installed Linux at Santa's notebook. So if you ok at one or more of the above options, the Hippie will ask you to get some chicken ration at the farm. To complete this mission, you can: [*] Not get any ration at all: [**] Lie to the hippie, telling the ration is out of stock (200XP); [*] Get the ration: [**] Convince by force Dona to give you the ration (200XP); [**] Sucesfully lie to Dona that you won't give the ration to Hippie (250XP); [**] Talk to Dona, an give her an egg and a mushroom (220XP). ================================== = 6 - The Cursed Ruindows Box II = ================================== This mission is only available if you completed "The Cursed Ruindows Box" installing Ruindows at Logan's notebook. Santa will ask you to install Ruindows at Hippie's computer too. To finish this quest you can: [*] Install Ruindows, since you are the Santa's boy (120XP). ================================================ = 7 - The Computer at the old software factory = ================================================ After completing 'Chrono is missing!' and 'Clean Bunker School Subterranean Area', Logan will ask you to access the old software factory computer (the old software factory is that big building near the empty fountain), since he couldn't find a way to do this (he doesn't know the password, neither has the skill to bypass it). To complete this mission, you can [*] Find a letter with the password: [**] Find the secret area at the Atleticano's house (successfully observate the picture with a serpent and an egg), retrieve a letter with the password, and use it at the old factory computer (200XP); [*] Without the letter with password: [**] You can guess (Wisdom check) a password at the old factory computer. If your character is wisdom enough, you'll get it (220XP). [**] You can use your Operate Eletronic Object skill to search for a buffer overflow fail on the old factory computer's system, receiving full access to it if successfull (220XP). ================================ = 8 - Tux Rock Art at the cave = ================================ Cicero, the old man with a priest like clothes and some non-sense archeological view will, if you are patient, ask you to examine the rock arts at the cave near the waterfall and tell him what they mean. [*] If you are impatient with Cicero talk, he won't ask you anything. (0XP) [*] If you are patient, he'll ask and you can try to descipher the art at the cave. The decoding will be relative to you beliefs, be in the way you start to look at the pictures, be in their interpretation [**] If you are a Free Software adept: "The Great Tux was captured They sent him to be sacrificed by pacwomen pythias The gnu (or is it the beastie?) friend freed him" You can choose, when talking back to Cicero if it was GNU or Beatie. Receiving 100XP for the answer. [**] If you are a Proprietary Sorware Adept: "The great Tux and his unknown friend captured Uncle Bill Humankind attacked the Great Tux The pacwoman Steam domesthicated Great Tux" After telling Cicero, will receive 100XP. [**] If you are neutral: "Cockroaches are infesting Great Tux Cave The Great Tux called an exterminator to kill them all Pacwoman pythias and the Great Tux are now happy together" Receiving 100XP after telling Cicero.
